  خطاب موافقة بلد المتقدمة على الدراسة في المملكة العربية السعودية مع ترجمتها باللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية Letter of no objection from the applicant's government to study in Saudi Arabia with translation to Arabic or English language.  
   
 
  شهادة الخلو من السوابق الأمنية مع ترجمتها باللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية ،على أن لايكون مضى على إصدارها أكثر من 5 أشهر من تاريخ التقديم Certificate of clearance of security precedents with its translation into Arabic or English, provided that it has not been issued more than 5 months from the date of submission.  
   
 
  التقرير الطبي صادر قبل بدء التقديم بالطلب مع ترجمته باللغة العربية والإنجليزية في مدة أقصاها ثلاثة أشهرالتقرير الطبي مع ترجمته باللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية ،على أن لايكون مضى على إصداره أكثر من 3 أشهر من تاريخ التقديم The medical report with its translation in Arabic or English, provided that it has not been issued more than 3 months from the date of submission.

  خطاب توصية للمتقدمة من جهات معروفة في بلدها 1 / At least two recommendation letters from recognized sources at home country 1  
   
 
  خطاب توصية للمتقدمة من جهات معروفة في بلدها 2 / At least two recommendation letters from recognized sources at home country 2  
   
 
  إثبات المحرمية الصادر من جهة حكومية معتمدة في بلد المتقدمة يتضمن اسم المحرم ورقم إقامته واسم المتقدمة ورقم الجواز مع ذكر صلة القرابة أو عقد الزواج في حال كان المحرم زوج المتقدمة مع الترجمة باللغة العربية أو الانجليزية Proof of the mahram issued by an approved government agency in the applicant's country includes the name of the mahram, number of his permit residence(eqama) , the name of the applicant and her passport number with mentioning the relationship of kinship or the marriage contract in case the mahram is the husband of the applicant with translation in Arabic or English.  
   
تعهد obligations  

1.      أتعهد بأن جميع المعلومات المدخلة صحيحة وأن أوراقي وشهاداتي سليمة من التحريف أو التزوير وفي حال ثبت غير ذلك للجامعة الحق في إنهاء منحتي الدراسية.

I pledge that all information entered is correct and that my papers and my certificates valid and not forged And if the university found it would be given the full cancellation the scholarship application.

2.      أتعهد في حال قبولي للدراسة بالجامعة الالتزام بقواعد وأنظمة الجامعة.

If  I am accepted to study at the university I pledge to abide by the rules and regulations of the university

3.      أتعهد بإحضار جميع أصول المستندات في حال تم قبولي في الجامعة.

If i was accepted at the University I promise to bring all the origin of my files.

4.      عند قبولي أتعهد بالحضور في الوقت المحدد من قبل إدارة المنح بالجامعة.

I pledge attending the university schedules as expected from the scholarship administration.

5.      أتعهد بأن لا أتقدم بأكثر من طلب وفي حال مخالفتي فإنه سيتم استبعاد جميع ما تقدمت به.

Sending more than one application is unacceptable, and that if the university found more than one application that will grant a full cancellation

6-أتعهد بمتابعة طلبي للتسجيل للإطلاع على حالته واستكمال مايلزم في فترة التسجيل المتاحة.

I pledge to follow up on the  request to see its status and complete the necessary during the available registration period.
